Delivery & Returns


Delivery costs where applied are kept at cost from the shipping agent (normally Royal Mail). Generally postage is sent Royal Mail 2nd class post or standard parcel, all sent with a “Proof of Posting” for confirmation of being sent. If a customer requires “Signed For or Next Day delivery”, please contact us to get a quote on extra costs.


1. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds must be made within 14 days and be preceded by an Email from the buyer advising reason and any other relevant information.

2. Postage costs will not be refunded unless we have made an error in sending you the wrong item. Should an exchange be required we will advise you of the contribution required for re-posting the new item.

3. Exchange & Returned items must be unworn and in the same condition as they were posted from us including any packaging that may have come with the item.
